FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers about buying domains, payments, and transfers.
How do I buy a domain?
Choose a domain and click “Buy Now” to proceed through our secure payment partner (typically Escrow.com). Once payment clears, we initiate the transfer to your registrar.
Can I make an offer?
Yes. Use the “Make an Offer” form on the domain page. We may accept, counter, or decline at our discretion.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payment options are provided by our payment partner (e.g., Escrow.com) and may include credit card, wire transfer, or other approved methods. Availability can vary by region and transaction size.
Are there extra fees?
Registrar, transfer, or escrow fees may apply depending on your registrar and payment method. Taxes and bank fees are your responsibility where applicable.
How long does transfer take?
Most transfers complete within a few days after payment clears, depending on the registrar. We start the transfer promptly and guide you on any steps required on your side.
Can I use my current registrar?
Yes. After purchase, we help push the domain to your preferred registrar (subject to that registrar’s policies). If you need a recommendation, we can suggest reputable options.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
We aim for smooth transfers. If a transfer cannot be completed after payment, we’ll work with the payment provider’s policies (e.g., Escrow.com) to resolve or refund as appropriate.
Can I finance or pay in installments?
Financing is not guaranteed. If you need a payment plan, contact us with the domain name and your proposal; we’ll let you know if we can accommodate.
What if a domain shows as unavailable?
Inventory can change. If a domain is no longer available, we can suggest similar options from our portfolio.
Do you offer trademark clearance?
No. Buyers are responsible for legal clearance and trademark checks before use. Consult your legal counsel if you have questions.
How do I contact support?
Email us at contact@vivpod.com with the domain name and your question. We aim to respond promptly.
Where can I read your terms?
See our Terms of Service for details on purchases, offers, and site use.
